From the center of Pyrgos, head south on Epar.Od. Pirgou - Akrotiriou towards Epar.Od. Pirgou - Akrotiriou. Continue walking straight for about 1 kilometer until you reach the intersection with the main road. At the intersection, turn left onto the main road (Epar.Od. Pirgou - Akrotiriou) and continue for approximately 2 kilometers. You will see signs for Ancient Thera. Follow the signs, and as you approach, the entrance will be on your right.

From the main bus station in Pyrgos, take the bus heading towards Kamari. Make sure to get off at the stop for Ancient Thera, which is about a 15-minute ride. After getting off the bus, walk uphill towards the entrance, which is well-marked. The total walking distance from the bus stop is about 500 meters.
