From the city center, take bus number 31 from the bus stop at Egnatia and Venizelou. Ride for approximately 15 minutes and get off at the Irodotou stop. Walk about 100 meters back in the direction of the bus to find the Holy Church of Saint Nicholas Orphanos on your left.
