Take bus line 23 from Eleftherias Square towards Ano Poli. Get off at the 'Palio Terma' bus stop. From there, follow the stairs up to the Acropolis and the entrance to the Old Town. A single bus ticket costs €0.60 and can be purchased at kiosks or vending machines on the bus.
