Public Transport
From St. George's, the capital, take a public bus towards Sauteurs. These buses are easily identifiable by the route number displayed on the windshield. Tell the conductor you're going to Bathway Beach. The bus will drop you off in Levera, from where it's a short walk to the beach. The bus fare ranges from EC$2.50 to EC$6.50 (US$1 to US$2.40), depending on the distance. Buses typically operate from 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.
Taxi
Taxis are readily available at Maurice Bishop International Airport and in major towns. A taxi from the airport to Bathway Beach will cost approximately EC$100-150 (US$37-US$55) and take about 1.5 - 2 hours. From Grenville, on the east coast, a taxi ride to Bathway Beach is approximately EC$80-100 (US$30-US$37).
Car Rental
If driving, rent a car from one of the agencies at the airport or in St. George's. Be aware that driving is on the left. From St. George's, follow the main road north towards Sauteurs. Continue past Sauteurs, following signs for Levera National Park and Bathway Beach. Parking is available at Bathway Beach. Car rental rates range from US$50 to US$75 per day. A Grenadian driving permit is required, obtainable at the police station in St. George's for EC$60.
