Fouha Rock, a striking natural rock formation rising approximately 150 feet above Fouha Bay, is a site of profound cultural significance for the Chamorro people of Guam. Located near the village of Humåtak, it's also known as Creation Point. According to ancient Chamorro legend, Fouha Rock marks the spot where Fu'una, the sister of Puntan and the goddess of creation, cast herself after creating the world, becoming the origin of all humanity. The legend tells that Puntan instructed Fu'una to use his body to create the world. She used his back to make the earth, his chest to make the sky, his eyes to become the sun and moon and his eyebrows to create rainbows.
