Getting there

Public Transport

From Apra Harbor, take the Guam public bus service towards Tamuning. Board the bus heading towards Tamuning and ask the driver to let you know when you reach the stop closest to Two Lover's Point. From the bus stop, it is a short walk to the entrance. Bus fare is approximately $2.50.

Car

From Ypao Beach Park, head north on Marine Corps Drive (Route 1) for about 4 miles. Look for the signs for Two Lover's Point on your left. Turn left into the entrance, where parking is available. There is no parking charge. However, there is an admission fee of $3 per person to access the viewing platform.

Overview

Two Lover's Point is Guam's most famous visitor attraction, drawing hundreds of thousands annually to its dramatic cliffs. The site offers sweeping views of Tumon Bay and the Philippine Sea from approximately 400 feet above the crashing waves. The location is based on a Chamorro legend about two lovers who were forbidden to be together. Rather than be separated, they tied their hair together and leaped to their deaths from the cliff. The legend has been retold in various forms since it was first recorded in 1819. Today, Two Lover's Point symbolizes eternal love and sacrifice. Visitors can explore the landscaped gardens, viewing platforms, and the Heart Lock Wall, where couples pledge their love. A statue of the two lovers commemorates the legend. The site also features a restaurant, gift shop, and art gallery. The panoramic views make it a popular spot for photos, especially at sunset.
