From Hagåtña, take Route 1/Marine Corps Drive south. Turn left onto Route 2 and continue south. Follow Route 2 as it climbs into the southern hills. The Cetti Bay Overlook will be on your right. Park along the street. There is no parking fee. Note: Roads can be rough, so it's recommended to get full coverage if renting a car.

From major hotels in Tumon and Hagatna, take the Guam Regional Transit Authority (GRTA) bus. Bus routes connect nearly all of the villages on Guam.
