Driving
From Hagåtña, take Route 1/Marine Corps Drive south. Turn left onto Route 2 and continue south. Follow Route 2 as it climbs into the southern hills. The Cetti Bay Overlook will be on your right. Park along the street. There is no parking fee. Note: Roads can be rough, so it's recommended to get full coverage if renting a car.
Public Transportation
From major hotels in Tumon and Hagatna, take the Guam Regional Transit Authority (GRTA) bus. Bus routes connect nearly all of the villages on Guam. Check the bus schedule for specific routes and times. GRTA bus fares are $1.50 for a one-way pass and $4.00 for a day pass. From the bus stop nearest to Cetti Bay Overlook, it may be necessary to walk or take a taxi/ride-share to complete the journey.

Taxis are available at hotels and major shopping centers. A taxi from Tumon to Cetti Bay Overlook will be approximately $80.00 to $100.00. The standard taxi flag rate is $2.40, $4.00 for the first mile, and $0.80 every ¼ mile thereafter.
