Visitors can ascend the Latte of Freedom to enjoy panoramic views of Guam's western coastline. The structure is located at the Ricardo J. Bordallo Governor's Complex in Adelup, near the former Guam Museum. A plaque at the monument's base commemorates the schoolchildren who contributed to its construction.
