Walking
From the central area of Sinajana, start at the Sinajana Mayor's Office located at 122 H. Chamorro St. Head southwest on H. Chamorro St towards Route 4. After approximately 0.3 miles, turn left onto Route 4. Continue walking for about 1 mile until you reach the intersection with Old Army Road. Turn right onto Old Army Road. The T. Stell Newman Visitor Center is located about 0.5 miles down Old Army Road on the left side at 1657-B Old Army Road.

From Sinajana, walk to the nearest bus stop on Route 4. Catch the bus heading towards Apra Harbor. After approximately 15-20 minutes of travel, get off at the Apra Harbor stop. From there, walk along Old Army Road for about 0.5 miles. The T. Stell Newman Visitor Center will be on your left at 1657-B Old Army Road.
