Start your journey at one of the main docks around Lake Atitlán. If you are in Panajachel, head to the Panajachel dock. Look for a boat heading towards San Pedro La Laguna or San Juan La Laguna. Ask the boat operator to drop you off at Santa Clara La Laguna, as not all boats stop there. The ride will take approximately 30 minutes.

Walking
Once you arrive at the Santa Clara La Laguna dock, disembark and head towards the village. Follow the main path that leads into the village, passing by local shops and homes. Continue walking uphill towards the village square. Look for signs pointing towards Mirador Santa Clara. The walk from the dock to the mirador will take about 15-20 minutes. The path may be steep in some areas, so wear comfortable shoes.

For a more scenic route, from the village square, take the trail marked for the Mirador. This trail is well-trodden and will take you through beautiful landscapes. It may take around 30-40 minutes to reach the mirador, and the views along the way are stunning, so be sure to take your time and enjoy the scenery.
