Car
From Semuc Champey, head southeast on the road toward Lanquin. After approximately 6 km, take the right turn toward Purulha. Continue on this road for about 30 km until you reach Purulha. Once in Purulha, look for signs to Ranchitos del Quetzal, which is located just outside the town. The drive will take around 1 hour, depending on road conditions.

Public Transportation
From Semuc Champey, walk to the main road where you can catch a shuttle or bus to Lanquin. The ride should take about 30 minutes. Once in Lanquin, transfer to a bus heading to Purulha. This bus trip will take approximately 1 hour. Once you arrive in Purulha, you may need to take a short taxi ride (around Q20-30) to reach Ranchitos del Quetzal, which is located just outside the town.
