Walking
From the entrance of the Tikal National Park, head straight towards the main path that leads into the park. Continue walking along this path for about 1 km until you reach the first junction. At the junction, take a left. Follow the signs that direct you towards Templo I. After another 500 meters, you will start to see the impressive Templo I, known as The Great Jaguar, rising above the trees on your right. Continue on the path until you reach the base of the temple.
