If you are traveling by car, start from the nearest city, such as Antigua Guatemala. Head south on CA-9 towards Escuintla. Continue on this road until you reach the junction for San Vicente Pacaya. Follow the signs to Concepción el Cedro. The entrance to Volcán Pacaya is located just outside of San Vicente Pacaya. Ensure you have cash (around Q50) for the entrance fee to the national park.
