From the center of St. Andrew, head southwest on St. Andrew's Road towards the coast. As you walk, you will pass by local shops and cafes. Continue straight until you reach the junction with the Rue des Monts. Turn left onto Rue des Monts and follow it until you reach the coast. At the coast, turn right onto the coastal path (you will be walking parallel to the ocean). Keep walking along the path, enjoying the views. After approximately 15-20 minutes of walking, you will spot Fort Le Marchant on your left. It's a prominent structure, and you can follow the path directly to the entrance.
