Walking
If you are starting from the center of St. Martin, head towards the coast. Walk along the main path leading to the harbor, where you can enjoy the views of the water. Continue walking along the coastline until you reach the main road (Route de la Côte) that leads north. Follow this road for about 15 minutes, keeping an eye out for local signage. When you reach the intersection with Rue de la Ville, turn left and continue until you see Fort Le Marchant on your right. The fort is situated at GF5J+GG5, Guernsey, and is a popular tourist attraction.
Biking
For those who prefer biking, rent a bicycle from one of the local rental shops in St. Martin. Start your ride towards the coast, following the same path as pedestrians. Once you reach the Route de la Côte, turn north and cycle along the coastline. Keep an eye on the road signs guiding you towards Fort Le Marchant. After approximately 15 minutes, turn left onto Rue de la Ville, and shortly thereafter, you will see the fort on your right at GF5J+GG5, Guernsey.
Public Transport
If you prefer using public transport, check the local bus schedule for a route that goes towards the northern part of St. Martin. Board the bus and inform the driver that you wish to get off at the stop closest to Fort Le Marchant. Once you disembark, follow the signs towards the coast and look for Rue de la Ville. Walk along this road, and you will find the fort situated at GF5J+GG5, Guernsey.
