    From the center of St. Peter Port, start at the Market Square. Head south on the High Street, passing the Guernsey Museum on your right. Continue straight until you reach the seafront. Once at the seafront, turn left and walk along the promenade, enjoying the views of the harbor. Follow the path until you reach the end of the promenade. At the roundabout, take the first exit onto the Rue de L'Eglise. Continue straight until you reach the junction with the Rue de la Mare. Turn right onto Rue de la Mare and keep walking. You will eventually reach a fork; take the left path which leads you towards Fort Hommet. Follow the path until you see Fort Hommet ahead, which is a short distance away.

    From St. Peter Port, walk to the nearest bus stop, which is located on the High Street. Take the bus route number 91 or 92 towards St. Sampson. The journey will take approximately 15 minutes. Get off at the Fort Hommet stop. From the bus stop, walk a few minutes towards the coast, where you will see Fort Hommet clearly marked. Follow the path leading to the fort entrance.
