Start from the central area of St. Peter Port, near the Guernsey Museum. Head south towards the seafront along the High Street. Continue walking until you reach the St. Peter Port Harbour. Once at the harbour, keep walking along the waterfront until you reach the end of the harbor area. From here, take the path that leads up the hill towards the Castle Cornet. Follow the path along the coast, enjoying the scenic views of the sea. As you ascend, you will see signs directing you towards Fort Le Marchant. Continue straight following the signs until you reach the entrance of Fort Le Marchant.

From the St. Peter Port bus station, take the bus heading to 'St. Sampsons' or 'Cobo'. Inform the driver you would like to get off at the stop nearest to Fort Le Marchant. After getting off, follow the signs directing you towards Fort Le Marchant, which is within walking distance from the bus stop.

If you have access to a bicycle, begin your journey from the St. Peter Port Town Centre. Cycle south along the waterfront, passing through the harbor area.
