From Mazaruni River, take the main road heading south towards the village of Bartica. The drive will take approximately 30 minutes. Once in Bartica, follow signs towards the Mazaruni River crossing. You will need to take a boat across the river to reach the other side. There may be a small fee for the boat, typically around GYD 500-1000 per person. After crossing, continue driving along the dirt road until you reach the turnoff for Loo Creek, which is a marked path leading into the forest.

Take a minibus or taxi from Mazaruni River to Bartica. The fare is usually around GYD 500-800. Upon reaching Bartica, you can hire a local boat to take you across the Mazaruni River. Expect to pay around GYD 500-1000 for this boat ride. Once you reach the other side, you can either walk or hire a motorcycle taxi to take you to Loo Creek. Make sure to negotiate the fare beforehand, and it should not exceed GYD 2000.
