Car
If you are traveling by car, start your journey from Lethem, which is the nearest major town. Head north on the main road towards Annai. Approximately 30 km along the road, you will see a sign for Rupununi Road. Turn left onto Rupununi Road and continue for about 10 km. You will then see the entrance to Rock View Lodge on your right. Be aware that the road conditions may vary, so drive carefully.
Public Transportation
For those using public transportation, catch a minibus or hire a taxi from Lethem to Annai. The journey takes about 1 hour and costs around GYD 1,000 to GYD 1,500 per person. Once you arrive in Annai, you can either walk or hire a local taxi to take you to Rock View Lodge, which is about 5 km away on Rupununi Road. The taxi fare should be around GYD 500 to GYD 1,000.
Walking
If you are starting in Annai and prefer to walk to Rock View Lodge, head north from the center of Annai along Rupununi Road. It is about a 1-hour walk (5 km) to the lodge. Make sure to carry water and wear appropriate footwear, as the road can be uneven in places.
