    If you're driving from Lethem, head east on the Takutu Road (also known as the Lethem-Tabatinga Road). Continue for about 20 kilometers until you see signs for Waikin Ranch. Turn on to the dirt road leading into the ranch. The road may be bumpy, so drive cautiously. After approximately 5 kilometers on the dirt road, you will arrive at Waikin Ranch.

    From Lethem, you can take a minibus heading towards the Rupununi region. Look for buses that indicate they are going to the Upper Takutu region. Make sure to inform the driver that you want to stop at Waikin Ranch. The journey may take around 30 minutes to 1 hour, depending on road conditions. Once you reach the nearest point to the ranch, you may need to walk or arrange a local taxi to complete the last 5 kilometers to the ranch.
