From any point in the Börzsöny Mountains, drive to the nearest main road leading to Budapest. Follow the signs to M2 (the route connecting the Börzsöny region to Budapest). Continue on M2 until you reach the junction for M0 towards Budapest. Merge onto M0, and then follow the signs for M3 towards Budapest. Exit at the signs for 'Pest' and follow the road signs towards the city center. Once you reach the city, drive towards the Danube River. Bem rakpart is located along the riverbank. Look for street signs indicating 'Bem rakpart' as you approach the river. There are several parking areas available nearby.
