Car
If you are traveling by car, start from the center of Kapos Valley and head towards the M7 motorway. Follow signs for Budapest and merge onto the M7. Continue on the M7 for approximately 180 km. Take the exit toward 'Köki Terminál' and continue onto the Üllői út. Follow the road until you reach the city center. Once you are in Budapest, follow signs for 'Hősök tere' (Heroes' Square). There is parking available nearby, but be aware that parking fees may apply.

Public Transportation (Train + Metro)
To reach Heroes' Square via public transportation, start by taking a train from Kaposvár railway station to Budapest Déli railway station. The journey takes about 2.5 to 3 hours. Once you arrive at Budapest Déli, transfer to Metro Line M2 (the red line) towards Örs vezér tere. Get off at the 'Széll Kálmán tér' station and transfer to Tram Line 4 or 6. Take the tram to 'Hősök tere' stop, and you will arrive at Heroes' Square. Be sure to check the train and tram schedules for any changes and ticket prices.

Alternatively, you can take a bus from Kaposvár to Budapest. Check for direct buses that may take you to Népliget bus station in Budapest.
