Walking
From the center of Vác, head southeast on Kossuth Lajos utca towards the Danube River. Follow the river until you reach the Váci Bridge. Cross the bridge to reach the train station on the Buda side. At the station, take a train towards Budapest, which should take about 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Budapest Nyugati Railway Station, exit the station and walk to the tram stop outside. Take tram 4 or 6 towards Széll Kálmán tér. Ride for about 7 stops until you reach the Oktogon stop. From there, walk down Andrássy út for approximately 10 minutes. The House of Terror Museum will be on your left at Andrássy út 60.

Public Transport
Start at the Váci train station. Purchase a ticket to Budapest Nyugati Railway Station. Trains run frequently, so check the schedule upon arrival. After a 30-minute journey, disembark at Nyugati Railway Station. From there, find the tram stop just outside the station. Board tram 4 or 6, and travel towards Széll Kálmán tér. Get off at Oktogon, which is about a 7-stop ride. Once you exit the tram, head down Andrássy út for about 10 minutes. The House of Terror Museum will be located at number 60 on your left.
