Starting from the Akureyri city center, head east on Hafnarstræti street. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Sævarhöfði street. Turn left on Sævarhöfði street and follow it until you reach the waterfront. Keep walking along the waterfront until you see a large sign for the Port of Akureyri on your right. The port entrance is located at Fiskitangi, which is just a short walk from the waterfront.
