    Start at the Borgarnes town center. Head towards the Borgarnes bridge and cross it. Once you've crossed the bridge, continue straight on Route 1 (also known as the Ring Road) for about 53 kilometers. This road will take you directly to Reykjavík. As you approach Reykjavík, follow the signs for Miðborg. Once in Miðborg, look for Tryggvagata. The Reykjavík Museum of Photography is located at Grófarhús, Tryggvagata 15. You can easily spot the museum as it is a well-known tourist attraction.

    From Borgarnes, walk to the nearest bus stop in the town center. Take the bus to Reykjavík, which is operated by Strætó. The journey takes about 1 hour and 15 minutes.
