If you're traveling by car, head towards Seyðisfjörður via Route 93. From Egilsstaðir, take Route 93 and follow the signs towards Seyðisfjörður. The drive will take approximately 30 minutes. As you approach Seyðisfjörður, you'll begin to see signs indicating 'Hafaldan Old Hospital Hostel'. Once in Seyðisfjörður, continue on Suðurgata street until you reach number 8, where the hostel is located.

For public transportation, you can take a bus from Egilsstaðir to Seyðisfjörður. Bus services are provided by Strætó, and you can check their schedule for the latest bus times. Upon arriving at Seyðisfjörður's bus stop, it is a short walk to Hafaldan Old Hospital Hostel. Walk towards Suðurgata street and head to number 8, which is where the hostel is located. The bus fare is approximately ISK 1,500 (check for current rates).
