From Hengifoss Waterfall, take Route 1 (the Ring Road) heading east towards Seydisfjordur. Follow the signs for Seydisfjordur, which is approximately 25 kilometers away. After you reach the town of Seydisfjordur, continue towards the Gufu waterfall by following the road signs. You will need to switch to Route 93, which leads directly to Gufu waterfall.
