Start your journey from the central bus station in Egilsstadir. Head south on Hafnarbraut street towards the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto the road marked Route 1 (Þjóðvegur 1). Continue walking along this road. After approximately 3 kilometers, you will reach a bus stop at the intersection with Route 94. This is where you can catch a bus that will take you towards Dísarstaðir.
