Getting There

Walking
From Grindavik town center, head northeast on Hafnargata toward Brekkugata. Continue straight to stay on Hafnargata, then turn left onto Gardskagata. Follow Gardskagata until you reach the bus stop for the BSI Bus Terminal. From there, take bus number 55 to Reykjavík. Once you arrive in Reykjavík, disembark at the Hlemmur bus station. From Hlemmur, walk to Laugavegur street and head toward the city center. Turn right onto Hverfisgata. The House of Collections will be on your left at Hverfisgata 15.

Public Transport
Start at the Grindavik bus station and take the bus to the BSI Bus Terminal in Reykjavík. Buses typically leave every hour. Once you arrive at BSI, switch to bus number 14 heading toward the city center. Get off at the stop called 'Hlemmur.' From Hlemmur, walk south along Laugavegur street and take a right onto Hverfisgata. The House of Collections is located at Hverfisgata 15, just a short walk from Laugavegur.

Taxi
If you prefer a more direct route, you can take a taxi from Grindavik to Reykjavík. Simply ask the taxi driver to take you to Hverfisgata 15 in the Miðborg area of Reykjavík. The ride will take approximately 45 minutes depending on traffic. Once you arrive, The House of Collections will be on your right.
