    From Hengifoss Waterfall, head southwest on Route 1 (the Ring Road) for approximately 38 km. After passing through the town of Höfn, continue on Route 1 until you see the sign for Svartifoss. Turn right onto Route 998, which leads to Skaftafell National Park. Follow this road for about 14 km until you reach the parking area for Svartifoss. Please note that there is a parking fee of approximately 750 ISK.
