From Hengifoss Waterfall, head northwest on Route 1 (the Ring Road) towards Egilsstaðir. Continue for approximately 30 kilometers until you reach the junction with Route 931. Turn right onto Route 931 and follow the signs towards Fagrifoss. Drive for about 15 kilometers, where you will see signs indicating the parking area for Fagrifoss. The parking lot is well-marked and has sufficient space for vehicles.

From Hengifoss Waterfall, take a local bus or shuttle service towards Egilsstaðir. Check the local schedules as they may vary. Once in Egilsstaðir, you can catch a bus that goes towards Fagrifoss. Ensure to confirm with the driver that the bus stops at or near Fagrifoss, as some routes may not stop directly at the waterfall. After arriving, there will be a short walk from the bus stop to the viewing area of Fagrifoss.
