From any location in Kopavogur, make your way to the nearest bus stop. Look for bus number 1, which travels to Reykjavík. Board the bus heading towards 'Hlemmur.' After about 15-20 minutes, get off at 'Hlemmur' bus station. From there, transfer to bus number 15, which goes towards 'Kopavogur.' Ride the bus for about 10 minutes until you reach 'Tryggvagata' stop. After getting off, walk towards the Old Harbour, and Kolaportið will be on your right at Tryggvagötu 19.

If you are close to the city center of Kopavogur, you can walk to Kolaportið. Head towards the pedestrian street 'Austurstræti' and follow it until you reach the waterfront. Continue walking along the waterfront towards Reykjavík city. Follow the signs for 'Old Harbour.' After approximately 30-40 minutes of walking, you will arrive at Kolaportið at Tryggvagötu 19.
