Start at the Olafsvik Harbour, which is centrally located in Olafsvik. Head south on Hafnarbraut street, following the harbour area. Continue along the coast for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the road that leads towards Arnarstapi. Look for signs directing you to Arnarstapi. Follow the main road (Route 54) towards the southeast. The walk will take you through stunning coastal landscapes and take approximately 30 minutes. Upon reaching Arnarstapi, you’ll find the harbour area, which is close to the famous Gatklettur rock formation.
