    If you're driving, the best route to Haifoss from the nearest major road (Route 1, the Ring Road) is to take Route 32 towards Þingvellir National Park. Continue on Route 32 until you reach the junction with Route 3. Turn onto Route 3 and follow it north. After approximately 30 kilometers, you will see a sign for Route F26. Turn onto F26 (a gravel road) and continue for about 25 kilometers. When you reach the Haifoss parking area, you can park your vehicle here. From the parking area, it’s a short hike of about 1 kilometer to Haifoss, following the well-marked trails. Please note that F26 may require a 4x4 vehicle due to its rough terrain.
