Take Route 26 heading towards Þingvellir National Park. Next, you will have to take Route 32 until you reach Route 26 again. Follow Route 26 until you reach the junction for Route 1 again. Continue until you reach the junction for Route 218. From here, take Route 218 until you reach the F208. This road will lead you directly to Landmannalaugar. Note that the F208 is a mountain road and requires a 4x4 vehicle due to rough conditions. Be aware there is a fee for parking in Landmannalaugar, typically around 1,000 ISK.
