From downtown Boise, take I-184 E for approximately 2 miles. Merge onto US-20 E/US-26 E towards Mountain Home. Continue on US-20 E for around 25 miles until you reach the junction with ID-21 N. Take ID-21 N towards Stanley. After approximately 20 miles, you will arrive at the Arrowrock Dam area. Follow the signs to the dam. Note that there may be a parking fee at the dam, typically around $5.
