Starting from Ketchum, head east on ID-75 N. Continue on ID-75 N for approximately 20 miles. At the junction, take the exit onto ID-20 E toward Idaho Falls. After about 11 miles, take the exit toward Hill City. Follow Hill City Rd until you reach the Camas Prairie Centennial Marsh Wildlife Management Area. The marsh is located just outside of Hill City and is accessible from the road.
