    From Arlington Heights train station, board the Metra Union Pacific Northwest Line train towards Chicago. The journey takes about 40 minutes. Once you arrive at the Chicago Union Station, exit the train and follow the signs to the 'Ogilvie Transportation Center'. From there, you can take the CTA Brown Line train towards Kimball. Get off at the Washington/Wells station and transfer to the CTA Red Line train towards Howard. Board the train and get off at the State/Lake station. Exit the station and walk east on State Street until you reach Michigan Avenue. Turn left and head north on Michigan Avenue. The Museum of Ice Cream will be on your right at 435 N Michigan Ave, Suite G.

  • Public Transportation - Bus

    From Arlington Heights, take the Pace bus Route 696 towards the 'Schaumburg Park & Ride'. The bus will take you to the Elgin-O'Hare Expressway. From there, transfer to the Pace Route 610 bus towards 'Rosemont'. After reaching the Rosemont station, switch to the CTA Blue Line train towards 'O'Hare'. Travel until you reach the 'Washington' station. From there, walk east on Washington Street until you reach Michigan Avenue. Turn left and head north on Michigan Avenue for a couple of blocks until you arrive at the Museum of Ice Cream at 435 N Michigan Ave, Suite G.

    If you are near the downtown area of Arlington Heights, you can walk to the Metra train station located at 45 W Northwest Hwy, Arlington Heights, IL 60004. From there, follow the train guidance to Chicago as mentioned above. If you are already in the city center of Chicago, simply navigate to Michigan Avenue, which is a major thoroughfare. Walk north until you reach 435 N Michigan Ave, Suite G where the Museum of Ice Cream is located.
