    From Berwyn, walk to the Berwyn Metra station located at 6820 Windsor Ave. Take the Union Pacific/West Line towards Chicago Union Station. The train ride will take approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at the Ogilvie Transportation Center, exit the station and head towards the Washington/Wells subway station. Take the 'Brown Line' or 'Orange Line' towards the 'Washington/Wells' direction. Get off at the 'Washington' station. Then, walk east on Washington St toward Michigan Ave, turn left onto Michigan Ave, and walk straight for about 5 minutes to reach The Art Institute of Chicago located at 111 S Michigan Ave.

    From Berwyn, head to the nearest bus stop on Ogden Ave. Board the Pace Bus #303 towards 'Cicero Pink Line Station'. Ride the bus for about 20 minutes and get off at the Cicero station. Transfer to the CTA Pink Line and travel towards 18th station. At 18th station, transfer to the CTA Blue Line towards 'Forest Park'. Get off at the Damen station and transfer to the CTA Green Line towards 'Ashland'. Finally, get off at 'Harold Washington Library' station. Walk east on Congress Parkway, turn right onto Michigan Ave, and continue walking for about 10 minutes to reach The Art Institute of Chicago.
