From Cahokia Mounds State Historic Site, head west on Collinsville Rd toward I-55/I-70. Merge onto I-55 S/I-70 W and continue for about 8 miles. Take exit 40B for Grand Blvd toward the City of St. Louis. Keep right at the fork and follow signs for Grand Blvd. Continue on Grand Blvd for approximately 2 miles. Turn left onto Lindell Blvd. The New Masonic Temple will be on your right at 3681 Lindell Blvd, St. Louis, MO 63108.

From Cahokia Mounds State Historic Site, walk to the nearest bus stop on Collinsville Rd. Take the MetroBus Route 1 (Main Street) toward the Civic Center Transit Center. Ride the bus until you reach the Civic Center Transit Center in St. Louis. Once there, transfer to the MetroLink light rail at the Civic Center station. Take the MetroLink toward the Fairview Heights station and get off at the Grand station.
