    From the Dennis & Judith Jones Visitor and Education Center, head north on Grand Drive. Continue past the Emerson Grand Basin and the Missouri History Museum. Round Lake Fountain will be on your right, before you reach the Saint Louis Zoo. This is a pleasant walk with scenic views and gardens.

  • Public Transport

    From the Forest Park-DeBaliviere MetroLink station, walk east along the paved path into Forest Park. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Grand Drive. Turn right onto Grand Drive, heading south. The Round Lake Fountain will be visible on your left in a short distance. A single ride on MetroBus or MetroLink costs $2.50.

  • Driving

    From I-64/US-40, take the Hampton Avenue exit and head north. Turn right onto Washington Drive, then left onto Grand Drive. Continue north on Grand Drive. Limited free parking is available near the Visitor Center; from there, the fountain is a short walk. Alternatively, parking is available at the Saint Louis Zoo North and South Lots for $15.
