If you're in the Gold Coast area, Mariano (Louis) Park is easily accessible on foot. Start at the intersection of State Street and Oak Street. Head north on State Street for approximately 0.3 miles. You will pass by various shops and cafes. The park will be on your right at 1031 N State St. It should take around 7 minutes to walk there.

For those preferring public transit, you can take the #36 bus from the nearest stop at Oak St & State St. Board the bus heading north. After two stops, get off at North Ave & State St. From there, walk south on State Street for two blocks, and you will reach Mariano (Louis) Park in about 5 minutes. The bus fare is $2.50.

Alternatively, you can take the 'Red Line' from the Clark/Division station. Board the train heading southbound and get off at the Chicago station. Once you exit the station, head east to State Street and walk north for about 0.4 miles. Mariano (Louis) Park will be on your right at 1031 N State St. The train fare is also $2.50.
