Car
If you're traveling by car, make your way to I-55 N. From Great River Road, take the exit toward I-55 N towards Chicago. Continue on I-55 N and then take exit 40B for I-44 W toward Tulsa. Merge onto I-44 W and follow the signs for I-70 W. Continue on I-70 W and exit onto I-270 N toward Chicago. Take exit 35B for Riverview Drive. Follow Riverview Drive for approximately 2 miles, and you will see the Old Chain of Rocks Bridge on your left. There is free parking available at the bridge.
Public Transportation
For those using public transportation, start by finding a local bus or train service that can take you to downtown St. Louis. From downtown, take the MetroLink light rail to the North Hanley station. Once there, you can catch Bus 47 (the Riverview bus) towards Riverview Drive. Get off at the stop closest to Riverview Drive, and from there, it’s a short walk to the Old Chain of Rocks Bridge. Be sure to check the Metro Transit schedule for bus and train times, as they may vary.
