If driving, navigate to 100 12th Street, Bettendorf, IA 52722. Parking is available on the west side of 12th Street and east along the river. Parking is free. From I-74, take the 16th Street exit and head north. Turn left onto State Street, then turn right onto 12th Street. The park will be at the end of 12th Street.
