    If you're starting from the popular area of Manek Chowk, you can easily find an auto-rickshaw. Just tell the driver 'Gandhi Ashram' or show them the address 'Gandhi Smarak Sangrahalaya, Ashram Rd'. The ride will take about 15-20 minutes depending on traffic. The auto-rickshaw will drop you off at the main entrance of the Ashram.

    From the Ahmedabad Railway Station, walk to the nearest bus stop and take bus number 24 or 26. The buses are quite frequent, and you should expect to wait no more than 10-15 minutes. Ride the bus for about 30 minutes, and get off at the stop named 'Gandhi Ashram'. From there, it’s a short 5-minute walk to the entrance of the Ashram.
