Disembark at 'Little Mount Metro Station'. After exiting the station, you will need to walk approximately 1 km to reach the shrine. Head south on Mount Road, take a left onto Lourd Doss Grotto Road, and continue until you find the Shrine of Our Lady of Health & St. Thomas the Apostle on your right.

Take a local bus from your current location to the 'Saidapet' bus stop. Look for bus numbers that stop at 'Little Mount'. Once you get off at Little Mount, walk along Lourd Doss Grotto Road for about 500 meters to reach the shrine. The shrine will be on your left-hand side.
