Car
From Mcleodganj, take the main road towards Dharamshala. After approximately 4 kilometers, you will reach the intersection to the NH503. Turn right onto NH503 and continue for about 15 kilometers. You will see signs for Druni Dhar. Take the exit towards Druni Dhar and follow the winding road for another 5 kilometers until you reach the base of the Dhauladar Range. There is limited parking available, so be sure to arrive early to secure a spot.

Public Bus
Head to the main bus stand in Mcleodganj. Look for buses heading towards Dharamshala. Once you reach Dharamshala bus stand, switch to a local bus or shared taxi that goes to Druni Dhar. The fare to Druni Dhar from Dharamshala is around โน30-โน50. The bus ride takes about 30 minutes. Inform the driver or conductor that you want to get off at Druni Dhar. After disembarking, you may need to walk approximately 1 kilometer uphill to reach the Dhauladar Range.

Taxi
You can hire a taxi from Mcleodganj directly to Dhauladar Range. This is a more convenient option, especially if you are traveling in a group. The taxi fare should be around โน800-โน1200, depending on your negotiation skills and the type of vehicle. The taxi will take you directly to the base of the Dhauladar Range, which is about 25 kilometers from Mcleodganj, and the journey will take approximately 45 minutes.

If you are feeling adventurous, you can trek from Mcleodganj to Dhauladar Range. The trek is about 12 kilometers and will take approximately 4-5 hours. Start by following the trail towards the Bhagsu Waterfall and then continue on the path leading through the forests. Make sure to carry sufficient water and snacks, as there are no facilities along the way. This option is best suited for experienced trekkers.
