If you're driving from Mcleodganj, head south on the Dharamshala road (NH503). Continue for about 4 kilometers until you reach the Sidhbari junction. Take a left at the junction and follow the signs for Sidhbari. After approximately 2 kilometers, you will see a sign for Dolmaling Nunnery. Turn right onto the narrow road leading to the nunnery. There is a parking area available for visitors.

To reach Dolmaling Nunnery via public transportation, begin at the main bus stop in Mcleodganj. Take a local bus heading toward Sidhbari; the fare is usually around โน30-โน50, depending on the bus service. The bus ride will take around 30 minutes. Request the driver to drop you at Sidhbari. Once you get off, walk about 800 meters along the road until you see the sign for Dolmaling Nunnery on your right. Follow the path leading up to the nunnery.
