Take the right turn towards Kangra, which is about 16 km away. Follow the road signs to Kangra, which will lead you through scenic landscapes. Once you arrive in Kangra, follow the signs for Kangra Fort, which is located in Old Kangra. Parking is available near the fort, but be prepared for a small fee (approximately โน20-โน50).

To reach Kangra Fort from Mcleodganj using public transport, head to the main bus stand in Mcleodganj. Look for buses heading to Kangra.
