Once you arrive at the base of Chamundi Hill, you can either take a cab to the hill entrance or walk up the steps to the Mahishasura statue, which is located at the top of the hill.

The bus ride will take approximately 30-45 minutes. Get off at the Chamundi Hill bus stop. From there, you can either take a short walk to the hill entrance or hire an auto rickshaw to reach the Mahishasura statue.
